Debt Quest USA was founded by the passion for seeing people succeed. They know that debt can be crippling for so many consumers. That’s why Michael Spivak is so passionate about helping provide a trusted resource for debt settlement and negotiation.  

Michael was originally born in Ukraine, having immigrated to the United States with his entire family for religious freedom. He was born to a modest family, and has since built up multiple businesses and grown his own financial health to be able to support thousands of employees.  He understands the power of financial health and strong credit. He knows personally what you can do when you control your own financial destiny and he’s worked hard to build up businesses that allow him to do that for his own family, as well as many other families too.

Michael has a longstanding history in the financial sector, with a degree in finance and economics. He has worked for financial legends like Merril Lynch, Citigroup, and JP Morgan Chase. He also has worked in the mortgage industry managing loan originations until he broke out on his own, with partner, Jacob Shimon, to found Debt Quest USA.

During the peak of the recession, Michael and Jacob retired Debt Quest USA and focused their efforts on other ventures. Michael went on to found All American Homecare, a hospice and home-based care company out of Pennsylvania.  Jacob went on to found a merger processing company and has stayed active in this side of the financial industry ever since. In late 2018, the opportunity to revive Debt Quest USA came around and the timing was right to get back into the financial industry together. Michael and Jacob officially re-opened the doors to Debt Quest USA in March 2019 with the hopes of bringing support and hope to so many people around the country who are drowning in debt.

Debt Quest USA was founded on the belief that education is power and that if consumers are educated, they cannot only work with teams like Debt Quest USA to get out of debt, but also work to better financial health long term. Debt Quest USA is a financial company designed to help consumers manage unsecured debt, providing help with debt negotiation and debt settlement services.  Debt Quest wants to see people get out from under their debt so that they can grow better credit and better financial health for the future.
